This is a reproduction print of my colored pencil drawing called "Ocean of Petals". This original piece was accepted into the Wickford Art Association's juried art show - "Art of the Ocean State." The original colored pencil drawing captures a quiet moment from a friend’s garden, where hydrangeas bloom in layered blues, violets, and soft touches of green.
Built slowly with careful, deliberate mark-making, each petal reveals the patience and precision unique to colored pencil—every hue earned, never rushed.
The composition invites the viewer in rather than overwhelming the space. Subtle shifts in color and light create depth and movement, rewarding close inspection and long-term living with the piece.
Hydrangeas are often associated with gratitude and grace, and this artwork reflects that spirit through calm presence and understated beauty. This print is well suited for collectors who appreciate hand-rendered detail, quiet complexity, and artwork that brings a sense of stillness and refinement into a space.

A giclée print is the closest thing to owning the original artwork without owning the original artwork.
These are not poster prints. Giclée prints are created using professional fine-art printers, archival pigment inks, and museum-quality paper or canvas. That means you get the real depth of color, the subtle texture, and the small details that matter — the things that made you stop and feel something when you saw the piece the first time.
They’re made to last. With proper care, giclée prints resist fading and can stay vibrant for decades, making them a true collector-level reproduction — not mass-produced décor.
If you love the artwork but missed the original (or just want it in more than one space), a giclée is the premium way to bring it into your world.
